Tender beef that’s been rubbed with a mixture of mustards, herbs and spices then oven roasted in house before being sliced for your enjoyment

Slices of mild Hungarian salami

Virginian ham rolls

Mouth watering Turkey breast slices

Thinly sliced Kabana

Corned silver side, cooked in house in a stock, that the recipe has been handed down from generation to generation, allowed to cool in the stock over night before being sliced and presented on the platter.
